YAHWEH PROMOTIONAL GARMENTS – Returns & Sample Policy
1. Manufacturing & Customization
YAHWEH PROMOTIONAL GARMENTS operates as a manufacturing hub, specializing in custom garments and logo embroidery for clients.
All garments are manufactured from 100% polyester bird’s eye fabrics or polycotton fabrics.
Please note: 100% polyester bird’s eye fabrics OR polycotton fabrics may include a shrinkage and shading variance of ±2.5%, which is considered industry standard and not a defect.
2. Samples & Approval Process
Samples are manufactured prior to full production to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once a sample garment and/or logo embroidery is approved by the customer in writing, only then will full-scale manufacturing proceed.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving samples. Once approved, no returns or alterations will be accepted on the final manufactured garments unless due to defective workmanship or material.
3. Confirmed Customer Orders
Returns after processing confirmed customer orders will only be accepted in cases of faulty workmanship or defective material.
All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and labeling.
Cancelled orders cannot be returned. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at the company’s discretion.
A returns application form must be completed and submitted for approval.
If approved, a 20% handling fee will apply.
No returns will be accepted for garments that have undergone printing, branding, or embroidery. Customers must inspect items thoroughly before customization.
Orders delivered to third parties at the customer’s request are subject to the same inspection requirements.
Returns are not accepted for discontinued, clearance, or sale items.
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits and activewear leggings cannot be returned.
Garments that are soiled, washed, altered, or emitting odors will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Online Sales
All online purchases are subject to this Returns & Sample Policy.
Customers purchasing online must ensure they select the correct style, size, and color before confirming their order.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately upon delivery.
5. General Conditions
YAHWEH PROMOTIONAL GARMENTS reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of South Africa and is intended to be legally binding between YAHWEH PROMOTIONAL GARMENTS and its customers.

Sample Orders
Goods taken as samples will be credited provided that:
The goods are clearly indicated as “samples” on the purchase order or online order.
Only one item per SKU, per size is included on the invoice.
Samples are returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
If a longer return period is required, a written extension request must be submitted to your sales consultant. A written reply will be provided within 48 hours.
Garments must be returned in the same condition and packaging as originally supplied, including swing tags, stickers, and accessories.
Any garment that has been washed, dyed, or altered will not be accepted.
Returns must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the tax invoice.
Sample returns cannot be refunded in cash. Refunds will be processed via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or credited to your account.
Once samples are received by our warehouse, the inspection process may take several days. Upon confirmation that the samples are in acceptable condition, a refund or credit note will be issued.
